Delete your account & data
You can permanently delete your Shift Excellence account — and all player data, uploads, game reports and photos associated with it — at any time. You do not need the app installed to do this.

Email support@shiftexcellence.com from your account email with the subject “Account deletion request.” We verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days.
Is this your child, but you don't have an account?
If your child appears in Shift Excellence and you never created an account — their profile may have come from published league statistics — you can request removal without logging in: request removal of a player profile. We review every request and complete removals within 30 days.
What is deleted, what is kept
Deleted permanently: your login, profile, payment records held by us, subscriptions (cancelled), every upload, generated game report, rating history and player photo you added. Kept: statistics that are part of the public league record (published by your league, not collected from you), and transaction records we must retain for tax and accounting law.
