Request removal of a player profile

If your child — or you — appear in Shift Excellence and you want the profile removed, tell us here. You do not need an account. We review every request, remove the profile and its statistics, and make sure future data imports don't bring it back. We complete removals within 30 days and confirm by email when it's done.

Have an account? Deleting your own account and players is faster from Settings → Delete account.

Which profile should we remove?

Paste the link to the profile page if you have it. Otherwise the player's name plus their team or birth year is enough — we'll find it.

We only use your email to handle this request. We review every request and complete removals within 30 days.
