HOW TO IMPORT GAME DATA
Does your league email you a match report after games (some use a stats provider like Hudl)? If so, the fastest way — especially on your phone — is to forward that email to the address below and we import the stats and video clips automatically. No copying, no typing, no drag-and-drop. No stats email? Skip to Manual Upload below.

Find Your Game Report Email
After each game, your league's stats provider (such as Hudl) emails you a match report. The subject usually starts with "Match report" and lists both teams. Check your inbox — and your spam folder — after game day.
Tip:The email usually arrives within 24-48 hours of your game.
Forward the Email
Open the game report email on your phone or computer. Tap Forward, paste the address below, and hit Send. That's it — don't change anything in the email.

We Handle Everything
Our system automatically pulls out your game stats PDF, all video clip links (goals, shots, shifts, full game), and imports everything into your player profile. You'll get a notification when it's done.

All video links from the email are saved to your game page. Watch specific plays directly — no searching through hours of footage.

Important: Forward the actual email — don't copy and paste the text. The hidden links behind the buttons are what we need to save your video clips and download the PDF. Copy-paste strips those links out.
NO STATS EMAIL FROM YOUR LEAGUE?
If your league doesn't email game stats, you can still add game data:
- 1.Upload a PDF — If you have a game stats PDF from any source, upload it directly from your dashboard.
- 2.Import from PDF — Upload any game stats PDF directly from the Import page. Supports most league stat sheets.
- 3.TPE Chrome Extension — If your league uses TPE (The Performance Engine), our Chrome extension scrapes your stats with one click.

WHAT IF MY LEAGUE DOESN'T EMAIL GAME STATS?

You can still upload game stats manually using the PDF upload on your dashboard, or add games by hand from the Games page. Email forwarding is the fastest option if your league's stats provider sends a report email.
WHY DON'T I HAVE VIDEO CLIPS? I UPLOADED THE PDF / USED THE EXTENSION.

The video links only live inside the report email itself — they're not in the stats PDF, so a PDF upload or a Chrome-extension import brings stats only. Forward the original report email and we save every clip automatically. Already imported the stats another way? Just forward the email too — the clips attach to the same game.
DO VIDEO CLIPS EXPIRE?

Yes — the video links in the report email typically expire after 60-90 days. We save them the moment you forward the email, so they'll be available on your game page until they expire on the provider's end.
WHAT IF I FORWARD THE WRONG EMAIL?

No problem. If the email doesn't contain game report links, our system ignores it. Nothing gets imported. Only match report emails are processed.
CAN I FORWARD OLD GAME EMAILS?

Yes! Go through your inbox and forward any past game report emails. The stats will import as usual. Video links may have expired, but the PDF stats will still work.
I FORWARDED THE EMAIL BUT NOTHING HAPPENED

Make sure you forwarded the original game email (not a summary or screenshot) to the exact address (import@in.shiftexcellence.com), and send it from the same email you use to sign in — that's how we match it to your player. We'll email you to confirm when a game comes in. If it still doesn't work, you can upload the game PDF directly from your dashboard.
CAN MULTIPLE PARENTS FORWARD FOR THE SAME PLAYER?

Yes. As long as both parents are linked to the player (via the shared player feature), either parent can forward game report emails and the data goes to the same player profile.
WHAT STATS GET IMPORTED?

Everything on the game stats PDF: goals, assists, points, plus/minus, shots, time on ice, shifts, faceoffs, hits, blocked shots, zone play, puck battles, xG, Corsi, and 60+ advanced analytics. Plus all video clip links from the email.
DO I STILL NEED TO UPLOAD THE PDF?

Nope. When you forward the email, we download the PDF automatically from the link inside it. You don't need to download or upload anything yourself.
IT SAYS IT COULDN'T FIND MY PLAYER

Make sure your player is set up in the app first, then forward the email again. After it works once, your future games match automatically.
