21-DAY STREAKS
Log in daily to build your streak. Hit milestones to earn free pucks, XP, badges, and discounts. Miss a day without a streak freeze and your streak resets to zero.
Each login increments your streak counter by one. The streak day flips at midnight UTC — late afternoon or evening in North America.
At key days (3, 5, 7, 10, 14, 17, 21), you unlock a reward. Claim it from your dashboard.
If you don't log in for a calendar day, your streak resets to 0 — unless you've earned a streak freeze (Day 5 each cycle), which automatically covers one missed day. Rewards you've already claimed are yours to keep.
After you hit Day 21 and claim the big reward, the streak resets and you start a new 21-day cycle.

| 17 | XP + Badge | Closing in on the finish line — Iron Man badge. |
| 21 | 3 Pucks + BadgeGold | You made it all 21 days: three pucks hit your balance and the Warrior 21 badge goes on your profile. A fresh cycle starts right away, so every reward is up for grabs again. |
When you claim a milestone reward, you get a celebration based on the streak length:
A quick notification slides in from the top. Clean, minimal, keeps you moving.
A reward card appears center-screen with your streak count and the reward details. Tap to dismiss.
Days 7, 14, and 21 get the full treatment — confetti animation, reward card, and the puck/badge drops into your balance with a satisfying animation.
Do pucks from streaks expire?
No. Pucks earned from streaks are added to your balance permanently. Use them whenever you want.
What counts as a "login"?
Opening the app or visiting shiftexcellence.com while signed in. You don't need to do anything specific — just show up.
Can I stack multiple 21-day cycles?
Yes. After completing a cycle, your streak resets and you start earning toward the next set of milestones immediately.
How does the Day 14 discount work?
Once claimed, the 15% discount applies automatically the next time you buy pucks — no code to enter. It covers that whole purchase, however many pucks you buy, and is used up after that one checkout. The Puck Shop shows a banner while you have one waiting.
What happens to unclaimed rewards?
If you hit a milestone but don't tap "Claim," the reward stays available on your dashboard until you claim it. It won't disappear.
